Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Listing Regulations, Century Textiles And Industries has informed that the Company has received information on 03rd March, 2022, from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) -Link Intime India regarding Stop transfer registration/ Procedure for duplicate share certificate in respect of loss of share certificates as mentioned in the annexure attached. The Company shall initiate the process for issue of duplicate share certificate only after receipt of requisite documents and completion of necessary formalities in this regard.
