Atul’s wholly-owned subsidiary companies -- Atul Bio Space (ABSL), Atul Finserv (AFL) and Atul Fin Resources (AFRL) have acquired 28,08,000 equity shares (72.94%) of Osia Infrastructures (OIL), an associate company of the company, from its other existing shareholders and consequently OIL became a step down wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
OIL was an associate company of the company. To streamline group structure, equity shares held by other group companies in OIL were transferred to wholly-owned subsidiary companies of the company
Atul operates through six business divisions, namely, Agrochemicals, Aromatics, Bulk Chemicals & Intermediates, Colors, Pharmaceuticals & Intermediates and Polymers.
