GAIL (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 11th March, 2022 to, consider the recommendation for payment of 2nd Interim Dividend for FY 2021-22. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window shall remain closed for the period from 6th March, 2022 to 13th March, 2022 for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives for dealing in the Securities of the Company. This is in compliance of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
