Fortis Healthcare has informed that the Company is in process of issuing postal ballot notice to its members for seeking their approval by way of Special Resolution on the following proposal: Approval for amalgamation of Fortis Emergency Services , Fortis Cancer Care, Fortis Health Management (East) and Birdie & Birdie Realtors with Fortis Hospitals (collectively wholly-owned subsidiaries). A copy of the postal ballot notice along with ballot form is enclosed for kind reference. Further, the said notice will be dispatched to the shareholders in this week. An intimation with respect to completion of dispatch and related compliance will be sent once the dispatch is complete.
