Indo Thai Securities has made further investment in Femto Green Hydrogen, the subsidiary incorporated on November 23, 2021 and has been allotted 28245000 equity shares of Re 1 each on March 07, 2022. The main aim of the acquisition is for diversification of business line.
The subsidiary shall be engaged in establishment and carrying on the business of research, development, marketing, selling and distribution of such product/s which will be used for eliminating pollution created by the surface transport.
