Nilkamal has raised Rs 99 crore through Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non- Convertible Debentures (NCDs). In series A, the company has raised Rs 50 crore through NCDs face value of Rs 10 lakh and in series B, the company has raised Rs 49 crore by the way of NCDs. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 08, 2022 has approved the same.
Nilkamal is amoung the world’s largest producer of moulded plastic furniture giving it an edge over competition.
