Sangam (India) has informed that the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Jaipur bench has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Sangam Lifestyle Ventures (wholly owned subsidiary company) with Sangam (India) on dated 11th March, 2022. Copy of the Order for Approval of Scheme of Amalgamation has been disclosed on the website of the Website of NCLT today 15th March, 2022. A certified copy of the NCLT Order is awaited.
