Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation to its letters dated December 28, 2021 and January 14, 2022, ZF Steering Gear (India) has informed that Jinendra Jain, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, who had tendered his resignation due to personal reasons, effective end of May, 2022, has requested the Company for withdrawal of his resignation. The Company has accepted his request for withdrawal of resignation and he shall continue as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, without any disruption in his tenure.
