Kitex Garments has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot notice together with explanatory statement for seeking approval of the shareholders of the Company which is being sent only through electronic mode to shareholders of the Company, on Ordinary/ Special Resolutions as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice, through remote e-voting. The calendar of event for postal ballot process is also attached. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depositories (NSDL) for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to all its Members. The e-voting through postal ballot will commence from Sunday, March 20, 2022 (9:00 AM) and ends on Monday, April 18, 2022 (5:00 PM). Cut-off date for e-voting/ for sending Postal Ballot notice: March 11, 2022.
