With reference to the email dated 17th March, 2022 (8.13 pm) in reference with significant movement in the prices of the shares of the company at BSE platform in the recent past. Kriti Nutrients has clarified that there is no such event or information which have a bearing on the operations or the performance of the company which are required to be intimated to BSE under regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015. Therefore, the price movement and the volume of the shares traded in the recent past at BSE platform is purely market driven and it has further confirmed and stated there is no such event or information which needs to be disclosed further in that matter.
