Largest real estate company, DLF has reportedly unveiled ‘The Skycourt’, a 1.2 million sq ft luxury residential project in Sector 86 of Gurgaon.
The Skycourt is the first big project from DLF this financial year comprising 19-floor luxury apartments which are priced between Rs 1.14 crore and Rs 1.53 crore.
Recently, the company had announced that it is expecting an annual growth of 20% in office rental income which will touch Rs 2,500 crore by 2014-15 fiscal. The company will garner the same with likely appreciation in rent value and new leasing.
