Cyber Media has received approval to sale upto 3,72,000 equity shares (of face value of Rs 10 each) out of the company’s total holding of 14,89,600 equity shares in Cyber Media Research & Services (CMRSL) under the proposed IPO of CMRSL. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 19, 2022 has approved the same.
Cyber Media was incorporated in 1982, is the largest specialty media house in South Asia and amongst India's top five magazine publishers.
