In terms of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Panama Petrochem has informed that its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA)-Bigshare Services, on March 21,2022, has received intimation regarding loss of share certificates, details whereof are attached. The Company will issue the duplicate share certificates to the shareholder, after completion of required formalities.
