Karnataka Bank, a Mangalore-based bank has introduced a new service - KBL Mobile, to offer more delivery channels to customers. Trough KBL Mobile, customers can undertake banking transactions by using pre-registered mobile phones with the bank.
The bank aims to maximum convenience in usage to the customer in the mobile banking services. Adequate caution has been taken in protecting the customer’s interest in terms of safety and security.
Karnataka Bank is a old private sector bank which was set up in 1924. The bank had 510 branches and 409 ATMs spread across 20 states and 2 UTs across the country. Majority of the branch network is in the state of Karnataka.
