Gulshan Polyols has informed that the Trading window for dealing in the securities of Gulshan Polyols shall be closed for 'Designated Persons', with immediate effect until the expiry of 48 hours after announcement of allotment of securities. All the Designated Persons which includes Directors, KMP''s, Designated Employees, Promoters and members of the Promoter Group, other Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their Immediate Relatives are advised not to deal in the securities of the company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period.
