Endurance Technologies has informed that in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (‘PIT Code’), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 31st March, 2022 up to 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2022. Details about the Board meeting to consider the audited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2022 shall be informed in due course.
