In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, Indian Bank has informed that the Trading Window for dealings in listed securities (Shares & Bonds) of the Bank will remain closed with effect from March 31, 2022 for Directors/Designated Persons of the Bank till expiry of forty-eight hours after declaration of audited financial results by the Bank for the fourth quarter and year ending on March 31, 2022.
