Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the ‘Designated Persons’ from Thursday, 1st April, 2022 onwards, upto 48 hours after the Board Meeting which will be held for the consideration of audited annual financial results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022.
