Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, CSB Bank has informed that the shareholders have reported to the Bank about loss of their share certificates. The particulars relating to loss of share certificates are attached. As per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Bank shall, issue ’Letter of Confirmation’ in lieu of Duplicate Share Certificates to the concerned shareholder(s) after completion of necessary formalities.
