Kamat Hotels (India) has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended and Company's code of Internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of Trading by Insiders, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2022 until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter year ended 31st March, 2022. The date of the Board meeting to be held for the consideration and approval for the Audited Financial Results for the year and quarter ended 31st March, 2022 will be communicated in due course of time.
