Pursuant to Regulation 30(7) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gulshan Polyols has informed that the certified true copy of order has been issued and granted by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Prayagraj ('NCLT') in the Scheme of Arrangement which was received by the Company on March 25, 2022. A certified true copy of the order is enclosed and the same shall be filed with 'The Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur' within stipulated time from which date, the said order will stand effective (the said effective date of order of NCLT will be duly intimated vide a separate intimation) and post that related steps shall be taken in due course as directed under the said order.
