Equippp Social Impact Technologies has received approval to incorporate a new wholly owned subsidiary of the Company by making an investment of Rs 1 lakh by subscribing 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each in such name as may be approved by the concerned Registrar of Companies. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 26, 2022 has inter-alia considered and approved the same.
