Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI [LODR] Regulations, 2015, Sical Logistics has informed that the Resolution Professional has filed an application with the Hon’ble NCLT, Chennai Bench on 26th March 2022 for the approval of the CoC approved resolution plan for Sical Logistics. This has been done by the Resolution Professional after receipt of performance security of Rs 48.08 Crores furnished by the successful resolution applicant, Pristine Malwa Logistics Park vide Bank Guarantees dated 24th March 2022.
