Ducon Infratechnologies has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window of the Company, Ducon Infratechnologies will remain closed from 1st April, 2022 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the dissemination of the Audited Financial Results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022 will be intimated.
