Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, Rico Auto Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. Accordingly all the Promoters, Directors and Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
