In compliance to Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, NHPC has informed that ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 31.03.2022 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2022. The date of Board Meeting in which financial results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
