In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended, and Bank's Directors' and Employees' Code of Conduct for Prohibition of insider Trading-2021, Bank Of India has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Directors and Designated Persons from 31.03.2022 till 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Financial year ended 31st March, 2022 are made public. The date of the Board meeting for adoption of financial results shall be intimated in due course.
