Bella Casa Fashion & Retail has informed that pursuant to the code of conduct framed by the Company to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed from Friday, 1st April, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2022 for Directors, KMP’s, Designated employees, their immediate relatives and specified connected persons. All Directors, KMP’s, designated employees of the Company are being intimated not to enter in any transaction involving securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure trading window. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
