LIST/COMP01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 from BSE, regarding ‘Clarification regarding trading restriction period’, Kkalpana lndustries (lndia) has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by lnsiders, adopted by the Board, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons with effect from 01st April, 2022 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 04rd quarter and financial ended 31st March, 2022.
