Indian Overseas Bank moves up on raising Rs 665 crore through bonds

Indian Overseas Bank is currently trading at Rs. 18.45, up by 0.25 points or 1.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 18.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 17.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 18.50 and Rs. 17.80 respectively. So far 232157 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 29.00 on 30-Jun-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 14.70 on 03-May-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 19.85 and Rs. 17.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 34685.93 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 96.38%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.38% and 2.24% respectively.

Indian Overseas Bank has successfully raised Rs 665 crore through Private Placement of Basel III Compliant Tier II Bonds Series IV and allotted 8.60%, 665 bonds having face value of Rs 1 crore. Maturity date of the said bonds will be March 31, 2032.
