NTPC starts commercial operation of first part capacity of Kayamkulam Floating Solar PV Project

NTPC has commenced Commercial Operation of first part capacity of 22 MW out of 92 MW Kayamkulam Floating Solar PV Project at Kayamkulam, Kerala with effect from March 31, 2022.

With this, standalone installed and commercial capacity of NTPC has become 54516.68 MW. Further, group installed and commercial capacity of NTPC has become 68631.68 and 67971.68 MW respectively.

NTPC is the largest power utility company in India and has presence in Coal, Gas, Solar PV, Hydro and Wind Power Generation and Coal Mining.
