Pursuance of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by employees and other connected person, Shekhawati Poly-Yam has informed that the trading window for trading in securities of the Company will be closed with effect from 01.04.2022 for the Company’s Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the aforesaid Regulations and code and the trading window will re-open after expiry of 48 hours post the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022 are made generally available. The date of meeting of the Board to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2022 will be informed in due course.
