Further to its letter dated 30th March, 2022, informing about approval of the Scheme by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal Bench at Mumbai (NCLT) of Pidilite Adhesives (Transferor Company) into Pidilite Industries (Transferee Company). Pidilite Industries has informed that, both the Companies have filed Form No. INC-28 with Registrar of Companies. The Appointed Date is 1st April, 2022 and the Scheme is effective from 1st April, 2022.
