Toyam Industries has entered into a MoU with Rajwada Cricket League (RCL), to acquire a 51% stake in the League. The two companies have agreed to join hands to provide the Professional Cricket League with the best-in-class sporting experience in cricket. The MoU calls for the companies to cater to the Finest Sporting T-20 Cricket League with better equipment, well designed facilities and infrastructure.
RCL is a cricket league associated with Kota Cricket Association which, in turn, is part of Rajasthan Cricket Association, Jaipur.
Toyam Industries operates in two reportable segments i.e. Commodity Business and Finance Business.
