Indiamart Intermesh has completed acquisition of 100% (on fully diluted basis) of share capital of Busy Infotech (BUSY) on April 06, 2022. Consequent aforesaid acquisition, BUSY has become as wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
Earlier, on January 24, 2022, the company had entered into an agreement to acquire 100% paid up capital of Busy. The proposed would help the company to offer accounting software solutions to businesses in line with its long-term vision of enabling businesses.
Indiamart Intermesh is India’s largest online B2B marketplace for business products and services.
