Rao has been the Director of the Company since 7th August, 1990. During his tenure, he has provided invaluable guidance to the growth and business of the Company. Being a Chartered Accountant by profession, his vast experience and expertise in finance has immensely benefitted the Company. K. P. Rao's sudden passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the Directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
