Jattashankar Industries has informed that the company does not fall under the Large Corporate (LC) as per the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/20I8/144 dated 26th November, 2018, in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Entity and disclosure and compliance thereof by such Large Corporate (LC). Hence, the requirement of filing the Initial Disclosure in Annexure A to the said Circular for the year ended 31st March, 2022 does not arise.
