In compliance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Bank Of India has informed that Government of India vide their notification dated 11th April, 2022, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, has nominated Bhushan Kumar Sinha, (Joint Secretary, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services) as a Government Nominee Director on the Board of Bank of India with immediate effect and until further orders, in place of existing Government Nominee Director Vandita Kaul. Bhushan Kumar Sinha does not have any relationship with any of the existing directors of the Bank.
