Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘Listing Regulations’) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule Ill of the said Regulations, Elpro International has informed that Sambhaw Kumar Jain has tendered notice of his resignation due to personal reasons from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company to be effective from the close of business hours of June 30, 2022. The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board of Directors in the next Board meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the aforementioned regulations. The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure.
