MEP Infrastructure Developers is all set to review, evaluate and finalise proposal/various business strategies for alignment of long term business plans including disposal of shares/stake/ investment held in one of its Wholly Owned Subsidiary. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 21, 2022 to consider the same.
MEP Infrastructure Developers is engaged in tolling operations of the road infrastructure sector, with a pan-India presence. MEP Infra is in the business of pure toll collection projects as well as OMT projects, which involve maintenance obligations in addition to toll collection on operational roads (including highways) constructed by third parties.
