Through its letter dated 30th March, 2022, the company already informed the Exchange(s) that trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from Friday, April 1, 2022 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022.
