Pursuant to applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jtekt India has informed that Akihiko Kawano, Dy. Managing Director (MD) of the Company has tendered his resignation, vide letter dated 18th April, 2022, from the position of Dy. Managing Director as well as Directorship of the Company with effect from the close of working hours of 30th April, 2022, because Kawano is returning back to his home country Japan. The said resignation shall be placed before the forthcoming meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company.
