Further informed that, pursuant to the provisions of the Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading and the Circular issued by the Stock Exchanges, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed with effect from 01st April, 2022 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the above said results to the public.
