With reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 in respect of 'Fund Raising by Issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities', Quess Corp has informed that the Company is ‘Not a Large Corporate’ as per the applicability criteria mentioned in clause 2.2 of the said SEBI Circular for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. Therefore, the requirement of Initial Disclosure as required under Clause 4 of the said SEBI Circular is not applicable to the Company.
