Kamat Hotels (India) has informed that with refer to the SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 with respect to fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by large entities and disclosures thereof by such large entities, Kamat Hotels (India) has informed that the Company does not fall under the applicability criteria as specified in para 2.2 of the said SEBI Circular. Hence, the Company does not classify as a 'Large Corporate' under the framework provided in the above-mentioned circular.
