IndusInd International Holdings, one of the promoters of IndusInd Bank, has offloaded 32.75 lakh shares of the private sector lender. The promoter entity has sold the same at an average price of Rs 423 apiece aggregating to a deal size to Rs 138.53 crore.
Icon Capital A/C Afrin Dia has purchased 16.5 lakh scrips of IndusInd Bank while, 16.25 lakh shares were acquired by Afrin Dia.
Earlier this week, IndusInd International Holdings had sold 46 lakh shares of IndusInd Bank for an estimated Rs 196 crore. Till December 05, 2012, IndusInd International Holdings held nearly 6.85 crore shares representing 13.12% stake in the bank.
