With reference to SEBI Circular dated November 26, 2018 with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities, Poojawestern Metaliks has informed that the company is not identified as a Large Corporate as on March 31, 2022 as per the applicability criteria given under the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26,2018. Therefore, the requirement of initial disclosure as required under Clause 4 of the above mentioned Circular are not applicable on the Company.
