Premier Synthetics has informed that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulations 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with BSE Circular dated 9th May, 2019 is not applicable to the company. Since, the Company is exempted under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and consequently the Company is also exempted from submitting the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended on 31st March, 2022 to the Stock Exchange.
