Timbor Home touches 52-week high on the bourses

Timbor Home is currently trading at Rs. 45.00, up by 6.80 points or 17.80% from its previous closing of Rs 38.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 38.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs 45.80 and Rs. 38.30 respectively. So far 816685 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 45.80 on 27-Dec-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs 19.00 on 28-Mar-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 45.80 and Rs 34.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 66.55 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.61% while Non-Institutions held 52.39% respectively.

Bennett Coleman & Company has sold 500,000 shares of Timbor Home in an open market transaction. The shares were sold at Rs 34.25 a piece on National Stock Exchange (NSE) on December 26, 2012.

Timbor Home is the first and only company in the Indian furniture industry to be fully integrated by having its own plantation, wood treatment facilities, manufacturing plants as well as retail stores.
