AU Small Finance Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of AU Small Finance Bank, at its meeting held on Monday, 25th April, 2022, on recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has appointed Kamlesh Shivji Vikamsey (DIN: 00059620) as Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) on the Board of the Bank with effect from 25th April, 2022 for a period of 3 years, subject to the approval of Shareholders. The appointment is part of the Bank's endeavour to further strengthen the Board and its Independence. With this addition, the Board of Directors of Bank has expanded to 10 members of which 8 are Independent Directors having expertise in varied fields. Vikamsey brings rich domestic & international experience in fields like finance, audit, taxation and management consulting and the Bank shall benefit immensely from his vast experience.
